Wren Hall strives to provide a homely and friendly environment within which residents and their family and friends feel welcomed and relaxed.

We make no restriction on who may visit or when they visit, providing the resident being visited wishes to see them.

Family/friends/representatives are able to visit residents in surroundings such as the lounges, conservatory, salon or the resident's own room depending on the degree of privacy that they or the resident requires. We are happy to assist those residents with restricted mobility, to move from one area to another so that they can speak to their visitors in privacy. We happy guarantee total privacy for intimate visits when resident and partner require it.

Family/friends/representatives are welcome to accompany residents on outings. They are also able to join residents for meals. We ask that the kitchen be informed of this at the soonest opportunity so as we can ensure adequate quantities of food are prepared. A nominal charge may be made for meals; a price-list is found in Wren Hall's monthly magazine.

Wren Hall hosts themed events throughout the year to enhance socialisation. Residents are encouraged to invite their relatives and friends to attend.

Residents may be taken out for day trips or visits home by relatives/friends. Staff may be required to escort those residents who are frail and dependent. An additional charge may be made where escorts are required.
