| In
such cases a form of three-way contract exists where Wren Hall has a separate
agreement with the Resident and/or their relatives to be responsible for
those additional monies.
These additional fees are invoiced and submitted to the person contracted to be responsible. Payment is due promptly and in cases of overdue accounts Wren Hall reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of two percent per calendar month. A resident whose fees are being paid by the local authority must authorise Wren Hall to be able to disclose such medical and other similar records and information to that authority that they may require from time to time. |

The person responsible for any additional fees shall pay them until the expiration of the notice.
